How to Track Your Order

We make it easy for you to track your package and stay updated on its journey. Follow these simple steps:

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Enter Your Email and Tracking Number

  • In the Email Address field, enter the same email you used to place the order.
  • In the Tracking Number field, enter the tracking number provided in your email.

3. Click ‘Track My Package’

Once you’ve entered your details, click the "Track my package" button. You will be redirected to the latest tracking updates for your order.

4. Review Your Order Status

The tracking system will provide real-time updates on your shipment, including:

  • When your order has been processed.
  • When it is in transit.
  • Estimated delivery date.
  • Final delivery confirmation.

  • Look for a delivery notice left by the carrier.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

No, we currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
