Free Return
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, or other scents.
- Items must be free of any stains, tears, or alterations.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To begin your return, visit our Return, Exchange and Refund portal here La Vie Unfiltered Returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Ship Your Return: After submitting your return request, you’ll need to ship the item back to us within 30 days. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Return Labels
Once your return request is approved through our Return Portal, you’ll receive a return label via email. Simply print it out, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Store Credit Option
We offer store credit as a flexible way to enhance your shopping experience while retaining value for your purchases. You can choose store credit instead of an exchange for added flexibility.
- Gift Card Store Credit: A store credit in the exact amount of your return will be issued as a gift card. The gift card will be automatically emailed to you upon processing.
- Immediate Store Credit: Store credit will be available immediately once your return is approved, allowing you to make a new purchase without waiting for the returned item to be processed.
Exceptions / Final Sale
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be modified or canceled after purchase.
Exchanges
- Initiate Exchange: To start the exchange process, visit our Return, Exchange and Refund portal here La Vie Unfiltered Returns. Once your request is submitted, you may authorize your card for the exchanged item to be processed immediately.
- Card Authorization: At the time of submission, your card will be authorized (but not charged) for the amount of the new item. You will only be charged if your returned item is not received within the allotted time frame.
- Ship Your Return: After initiating your exchange, you’ll need to ship the item back to us within 30 days. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience. Be sure to ship your return before the time expires to avoid any additional charges.

Wait For Return Processing
If you prefer to avoid card authorization, you have the option to wait until your return is fully processed before proceeding with an exchange. Once we receive and process your returned item, we will initiate the exchange for your desired product without placing a hold on your card. This option may take longer, but it allows you to avoid any pending authorizations.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

We’re happy to assist with exchanges to ensure you love your purchase. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned item.
