At La Vie unfiltered, we’re passionate about delivering your style essentials with care and efficiency. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 5 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will be processed on the next business day, with our dedicated team handling shipments Monday through Friday. Weekend or holiday orders will start their journey on the next business day.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100! For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, ensuring a fair rate based on your order’s weight.

Keep in mind that shipping transit times are in addition to processing times. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

At La Vie unfiltered, we keep shipping simple and transparent. Our rates are based entirely on the total weight of your order, with no price variations based on location within the United States.

We partner with USPS to offer fair, weight-based pricing, ensuring that your shipping cost reflects only the weight of your items. Unlike other carriers that adjust rates by zone, our pricing remains consistent—whether you’re in California, Texas, or New York, you’ll pay the same rate for the same weight category.

* $6.30 for up to 11.9 oz (approximately 3 tops)

* $14.85 for up to 47.9 oz (approximately 12 tops)

* $17.25 for up to 63.9 oz (approximately 16 tops)

Order Modifications

We understand plans can change, but once an order is placed, we’re unable to make adjustments, such as adding items, changing sizes, or combining multiple orders. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your shipping address and cart details before checking out.

Order Cancellations

At this time, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. All orders move to shipping as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Price Adjustments

Promotional discounts and offers apply only during their specified periods and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Be sure to take advantage of current promotions when placing your order to get the best deal.

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver on time, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural events or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to keep your delivery on track.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your order’s safe delivery is our priority. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor its progress. However, please note that we’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If there’s an issue with your delivery, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, or other scents.
• Items must be free of any stains, tears, or alterations.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Option with Offset

We’ve partnered with Offset, powered by Loop, to make your return experience easier and more flexible. At checkout, you’ll have two options:

• Prepay for Free Returns with Offset:
  During checkout, you can pay a small fee upfront via Offset, allowing you to enjoy free returns later. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that if you decide to return an item, there will be no additional cost for shipping or handling.
• Standard Return Process:
  If you choose not to purchase Offset at checkout, you can still submit returns through our return portal. However, a return shipping fee will apply when processing your return. This ensures flexibility and transparency, giving you control over how you handle potential returns.

Return Process

• Initiate Your Return: To begin your return, visit our Return, Exchange and Refund portal here La Vie Unfiltered Returns within 30 days of receiving your item.  
• Ship Your Return: After submitting your return request, you’ll need to ship the item back to us within 30 days. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, depending on whether you opted for Offset at checkout or not.

Return Labels

Once your return request is approved through our Return Portal, you’ll receive a return label via email. Simply print it out, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

If you selected Offset (powered by Loop) at checkout, your return will be free of charge.

If Offset was not selected at checkout, a return shipping fee will be charged.

Store Credit Option

We offer store credit as a flexible way to enhance your shopping experience while retaining value for your purchases. You can choose store credit instead of an exchange for added flexibility.

• Gift Card Store Credit: A store credit in the exact amount of your return will be issued as a gift card. The gift card will be automatically emailed to you upon processing.
• Immediate Store Credit: Store credit will be available immediately once your return is approved, allowing you to make a new purchase without waiting for the returned item to be processed.

Exceptions / Final Sale

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be modified or canceled after purchase.

Exchanges

• Initiate Exchange: To start the exchange process, visit our Return, Exchange and Refund portal here La Vie Unfiltered Returns. Once your request is submitted, you may authorize your card for the exchanged item to be processed immediately.
• Card Authorization: At the time of submission, your card will be authorized (but not charged) for the amount of the new item. You will only be charged if your returned item is not received within the allotted time frame.
• Ship Your Return: After initiating your exchange, you’ll need to ship the item back to us within 30 days. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience. Be sure to ship your return before the time expires to avoid any additional charges.
• Conditions for Exchange:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, or other scents.
• Items must be free of any stains, tears, or alterations.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items that are not received within the allotted time may result in your card being charged for the exchange.

Wait For Return Processing

If you prefer to avoid card authorization, you have the option to wait until your return is fully processed before proceeding with an exchange. Once we receive and process your returned item, we will initiate the exchange for your desired product without placing a hold on your card. This option may take longer, but it allows you to avoid any pending authorizations.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Payment Methods Not Accepted

To maintain the highest level of security, we do not accept:

Currency & Taxes
